In just four days, in my third week journey at FPA continues, starting from my observation in

STEM12.3. This particular experience has brought me happiness and valuable insights. Initially, I

noticed one student who consistently wore a sad expression or appeared perpetually irritated.

At the time, I had no knowledge of her condition. However, when the teacher informed me that

this student had bipolar disorder, everything suddenly made sense. In my quest to better

understand and support this student, I turned to Google, searching for guidance on how to

assist students with bipolar disorders. I collected the results and stored them in my mind,

preparing myself for the moment when I could be of help.

The day commenced with an invigorating class energizer, filling the room with enthusiasm and

readiness for the impending exam. As the exam began, I observed how every student

responded calmly and concentrated intently on their papers.

In the following days, in STEM 12.3, the students were divided into groups, with the teacher

taking on a facilitating role in preparation for a reporting activity scheduled for Monday. In

HUMMS 11, on the very first day of class, everyone diligently prepared and reviewed for their

upcoming exam. Maam Sapu-an, the teacher, had devised a clever strategy to ensure that

cheating was not an option during the exam. Similarly, in STEM 12.2, Maam Sapu-an had

implemented measures to prevent copying during the examination.Tuesday, both the HUMMS

and STEM 12.2 students received their exam scores. As they eagerly compared their results, I

couldn't help but recall the wise words of Maam Sapu-an, which left a lasting impression on me:
"Avoid comparing scores or competing because, in the end, you are the one who must truly

uplift yourself." In the few days I had left in FPA to observe, since they were only asked to do

their group activity, since it has in the Dal-uy Festival, so on the remaining day, especially

Thursday, they only did group activity for their Monday class next week.

This week has been a significant learning experience for me. I can't help but feel like I'm already

on the path to becoming a teacher. It's heartening to notice that students recognize me not

only in the classroom but also in the hallways, the CR, the canteen, and even outside, as they

greet me warmly. This growing attachment to them is a testament to the unique connection

that forms between educators and their students.
