I/I , on behalf of my ward have/ has declare, confirm and undertake that I/ my ward
has been selected to represent Chandigarh roller skating team which is participating in
61st National Roller Skating Championship Inline / Roller hockey to be held at
Chandigarh from 10th to 23th December 2023.
I/I , on behalf of my ward have/ has declare, confirm and undertake that
CHANDIGARH ROLLER SKATING ASSOCIATION, ROLLER SKATING FEDERATION OF
INDIA and TAMIL NADU ROLLER SKATING ASSOCIATION shall not be liable for any
damage, injury caused to me / my ward on or off the floor during 61 st National Roller
Skating Championship to be held at Chandigarh Tamil Nadu from 10th to 23th December
2023.
Or during the journey from Chandigarh and Back.
I/I , on behalf of my ward have/ has declare, confirm and undertake that
CHANDIGARH ROLLER SKATING ASSOCIATION, ROLLER SKATING FEDERATION OF
INDIA and TAMIL NADU ROLLER SKATING ASSOCIATION shall not be responsible for any
damage, injury caused to me /my ward due to natural &unavoidable during the Championship or
during to and for journey.
