ANNEXURE – II TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Price Basis
Ex Works Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu) inclusive of packing.

2. GST
GST will be applicable extra, Rates mentioned against each.

3 . Terms of Payment
100 % advance payment (including GST) along with You Purchase Order.

4.. Installation
All arrangements for installation, tank and underground connection, procurements, local permissions
from Municipal, Explosive, weights and measures, Fire Authorities, Statutory & Regulatory Approvals
etc. are to be done by Ramco Cements, Jayanthpuram. Civil work like excavation, digging, laying
out cables, connection termination will not be in our scope. Civil work – excavation piping, tank
dimensions, manifold layout and assembly, piping, t –joints, flanges, various types of Valves.

5. Warranty
If any defect(s) should be found in our dispensing pump within a period of 12 months from the date
of supply, our only obligation is to replace at our sole discretion any part shown to be defective, with
a new part or equivalent at no cost to the buyer for parts or labour, when we acknowledge that
such a defect is attributable to faulty material or workmanship at the time of manufacture. The buyer
is responsible for any repair or maintenance not covered under this warranty. We shall not be liable
for any consequential loss, injury or damages attributable to defects or failure of our products. The
warranty excludes

• Normal wear and tear

• Replacement of normal wear parts
• Defects due to negligence, misuse, insufficient care, abnormal use, fire,
accidents, ageing, inefficient maintenance, etc
• Defects arising due to any alteration or modification done by buyer.

Our pump is engineered for handling petrol, diesel and kerosene attached with an underground tank
only. We do not, however, give any guarantee for the performance of the pump when used for
solvent/lube service/any other products, industrial chemicals, solvents apart from petrol, diesel &
kerosene or with an overhead tank or any such other site conditions like over ground tanks and
different piping styles or abnormal number of bents and joints in piping, bad piping. Also, our
guarantee or warranty does not hold good for replacement of any part.

Our offer is valid for 7 days from the date of this offer and thereafter, is subject
to our confirmation in writing.

The terms and conditions of the order will be as per details given above. Even if the order is
issued in your standard format, the terms and conditions mentioned above will be applicable.

The order will be considered as accepted only after issuance of written acknowledgement from us.

8. Delivery:

12 working Days from the date of confirm order with PO with 100% Payment along with
Purchase order including GST, we will dispatch.
