• Centrepay can be used to pay a range of bills and ongoing expenses direct from your
Centrelink payment such as rent, utilities and other household costs. You can set up your
Centrepay deductions in a way that suits you. You can:
- have more than one Centrepay deduction
- choose which bills we pay first
- set a target amount for when a deduction will stop
- set an end date within the next 12 months
- change a deduction amount
- change a deduction amount for up to 13 weeks, then go back to the previous deduction

have a myGov account, you can create one and link it to your Centrelink online account.

- by calling us on your regular payment number.

Our service centres have free Wi-Fi and computers available for you to use.

• If your Parenting Payment payments are delayed, reduced or cancelled, you may need to
contact the business to set up another payment method to avoid falling behind.
