hereby convey my acceptance to use of parking space as per following terms and conditions set forth in
parking lot by Prime Nine Management Pvt Ltd (PNMPL)

1. Parking will be always at Vehicle Owner’s risk.

2. Parking Tariff is charged only for the provision of parking space.
3. Management will not be responsible for any kind of theft or damage or harm to any vehicle or
article in it in any possible condition
4. Every vehicle will be parked according direction given by the parking attendant or supervisor
present in parking lot
5. Every Patrons entering the parking lot should follow the signs and directions given time to time
for safety and smooth operations
6. In any case the patrons will not be treated as exception during the parking process( for example if
there is queue for entering the parking lot they had to follow the queue to enter inside the
premises)
7. Patrons should cooperate with day to day security checks at respective check points
8. No standing or parking in driveways and/or near fire equipment and/or electrical equipment
and/or any other equipment
9. In case of any emergency or any incident you will be contacted through the contact details
shared by you. On contacting if you do not response in time , Management shall not be
responsible for any damage/loss or any other consequences caused due to the incident.
