[Example Tax Retention letter for employees to send to employers]

Dear
NOTICE OF CRIMINAL LIABILITY FOR COLLECTING AND PAYING TAX
I discovered recently that it is a crime under the International Criminal Court Act 2001 and
the Terrorism Act 2000 for tax collectors and taxpayers to demand, collect or pay money to
HMRC if either party knows or suspects that some of the money may be used for criminal
purposes, in particular to fund murder, terrorism or warfare.
It was pointed out to me that official statistics show that HM Government has used more
than £750M of taxpayers’ money since 2000 to wage or support 7 illegal wars and three
medical genocides in which at least 1.5M adults and 600,000 children have been murdered,
many more injured and at least 20 million refugees have been driven into exile and
destitution. These are the worst crimes in UK history, and they must be stopped.
It is clear that by deducting PAYE and NI from employees’ wages and salaries and
transferring this money to HMRC, the company’s employees, managers, directors and
shareholders are unwittingly, funding HM Government’s criminal wars, war crimes and
atrocities, and in doing so are committing criminal offences of ‘conduct ancillary to
genocide’ and ‘fundraising for purposes of terrorism’ which are punishable with 14 or 30
years imprisonment under sections 15, 16, 17, and 22 of the Terrorism Act 2000, and
sections 52, 53, 55 and 78 of the International Criminal Court Act 2001.
I realise that these facts are shocking. However, after studying the attached article and Deed
of Trust, and realising that these two criminal laws apply to all transfers of money to the
Government’s Consolidated Fund, I became determined to contact you to ask you to
arrange with the company’s lawyers how the company could set up similar Trusts on behalf
of all employees and shareholders to retain PAYE and NI payments, as well as VAT and
Corporation taxes from HMRC until our leaders’ crimes have ended and the Government is
upholding, obeying and enforcing the law.
I attach a copy of the article and Trust Deed that brought these issues to my attention. I look
forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely
