AFFIDAVIT

I, ___________________________, the undersigned, with my address at

________________________________________, being of sound mind and
body, hereby depose and repudiate the information and statements
contained in the notice issued by ___________________ on
_______________, which are as follows:

1. On _____________________, during the general assembly of the

______________________ Homeowner's Association, I was
elected as the ELECOM Chairman by the general members. This
election was conducted in accordance with our Association's
bylaws and regulations.

2. I disavow the claims made in the notice, asserting that the newly
elected HOA President and the set of Officers and Directors, led by
___________________________, are not legitimate. I affirm that
they have been duly elected in accordance with our association's
bylaws and regulations.

3. I refute the assertion that the previous Board of Directors, led by

________________________, is still in place. The new set of
Officers and Directors, including _______________________,
rightfully holds their positions.

4. I reject the statement that the election held by the ELECOM under
my leadership was unauthorized. This election adhered to the
relevant provisions of Republic Act 9904 (Magna Carta for
Homeowner's Association) and the _______________________
Bylaws.

5. I wish to state that I do not condone the statement made by

_____________________, which falsely alleges that
_____________________ initiated and organized the elections
that occurred on _____________________.

6. I refute the claim that ___________________________ is falsely

connected to the Department of Human Settlement and Urban
Development (DHSUD). ________________________ is a
municipal employee and serves as the Officer-In-Charge of the
Housing, Planning, and Development Office, which is unrelated to
his alleged DHSUD connection.

7. I disapprove of the assertion that the local government has any

authority over the internal affairs of the HOA, which contravenes
the provisions of the Magna Carta.

8. I disavow the statement regarding an upcoming legitimate

election approved by DHSUD or the former HLURB on
 _________________, as the election in question has already been
held.

9. I reject the characterization of ________________________ and

her associates as "fake" officials. They were duly elected by the
members of the HOA.

10. I refute any allegations that transactions involving

___________________ and her group lack approval or
endorsement from DHSUD Calabarzon.

11. I solemnly affirm the repudiation of the information presented in

the aforementioned notice. The statements made in the notice are
inaccurate and do not reflect the true state of affairs within the
