2.1 Day 01 - Manglore - Udupi
The Study Tour started from Mangalore after arriving from Coimbatore. The first amas
was the Sri Krishna Temple in Udupi.

Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception Church
Itis located in Panjim and sits atop of a hill facing the square: below. The church is an example
of baroque style architecture.
We ended our day with Cruise ride late evening.
132.4 Day 04-
On the second day of Goa, we visited the Aguada Fort which overlooks the Arabian Sea.
Fort Aguada was the most prized and crucial fort of Portuguese. The fort is so large that it
envelops the entire peninsula at the southwestern tip.
The rest of the day was spent street shopping, exploring the market and ended with the sunset at
the Calangute Beach.

By late afternoon, we were able to visit the MIT University in Pune where we had lunch and had
campus tour.

182.9 Day 09- V
A trip to Vijayapura has been started with
the visit to Asar Mahal which serves asa
Hall of Justice. We can see a square tank in
front of the mahal.
Bara Kaman was planned to build a
mausoleum. It was planned to build 12
arches vertically and horizontally around
the tomb but it was left incomplete with 12
horizontally placed arches.
Ibrahim Roza,the next spot we headed is
actually a tomb complex where Ibrahim
Adil Shah II is buried along with his wife. It is a square structure with twin buildings.
The Jamiya Masjid is the largest mosque in Vijayapura constructed in the Indo Islamic style.
The day in Vijayapura ended with visiting the Gol Gumbaz.|t is a mausoleum and it is notable for
its scale and exceptionally large dome.= Hospete
2,10 Day 10
The next day we marched towards Hospete
where we started with Badami caves which are
a complex of Hindu and Jain temples. It is
known to be one of the examples of Indian rock
cut architecture. It is composed of 6 caves
Pattadakal is a holy place with 10 major temples
of which 9 Hindu and | Jain. It is a fusion of
two major Indian Architectural styles, one from
North India ( Nagara ) and other from South
India ( Dravida ).
Atlast we ended our day by visiting
Aihole Durga temple. It illustrates a
mature example of the Badami
Chalukya Architecture.

CONCLUSION
