Royal Academy of Music

Fee Status Assessment Questionnaire 2024/25

We are asking you to complete this form either to supplement the information you provided in your UCAS
Conservatoires application, or because you contacted us before making your UCAS Conservatoires
application with a question about whether you will be assessed as paying UK or International fees. This fee
status questionnaire is used to assess your fee status in accordance with the regulations.

Please complete this form and attach the necessary documents at the end of this form. If you have any
issues completing this, please contact admissions@ram.ac.uk .
The Royal Academy of Music [RAM] will store and process your personal data in accordance with the
provisions of the 2018 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please see www.ram.ac.uk/privacy for
more information. Your personal data will be kept on file for as long as they remain relevant in accordance
with the Academy’s data retention schedule.

Students in the UK must fulfil certain residence and immigration status requirements before publicly funded
education institutions (such as the Royal Academy of Music) can charge the lower 'Home’ UK fee rate for
study programmes. You can find the latest detailed guidance on
www.ukcisa.org.uk/Information--Advice/Fees-and-Money/England-fee-status

Please complete all sections on all pages of this form, and send us clear colour copies (scan or photo) of
any appropriate supporting documents; this is to help us correctly assess your fee status. All documentation
not in English must be accompanied by an English translation - if we require a notarised translation, we will
request this later. We may need to ask you for additional information and documentary evidence. We will let
you know the outcome of our assessment as soon as possible.
