Sub. : Settlement of your outstanding dues under credit card bearing number 0007471200012127586

Dear Mr/Ms. * BATTALA JAYAMMA*,

This letter refers to the discussion we have had with you in respect of the overdue payments on your
captioned credit card account number 0005256111207674230 and your request for settlement of dues
under the above mentioned credit card account at ₹ 10500/- (Ten Thousand Five Hundreed Rupees Only)
(full and final amount) as against Total Outstanding Amount of ₹ 48900/- (Forty Eight Thousand Nine
Hundreed Rupees Only) as on 27-Nov-23.

We are pleased to inform you that we have considered your request for the settlement of dues on
following terms and conditions:

1. We crystalized dues for the above mentioned credit card account at ₹ 10500/- (Ten Thousand
Five Hundreed Rupees Only)which shall be payable as per below mentioned schedule.

2. Please note the said settlement offer is valid till 27-Nov-23 with these terms and conditions and
on breach of any of the conditions mentioned, the settlement will stand null & void with
immediate effect and complete overdue amount would be liable to be paid including the late
payment charges and interest charges as well as any other charges as may be applicable, in
accordance with the terms and conditions of the captioned credit card account.
 3. Payment under the settlement shall be strictly as per the above mentioned schedule. You may
make payment by Cash / Demand Draft / Cheque. However, in case of cheque or bankers
cheque, we shall receive funds on or before date mentioned in the above schedule and any
deviation, whatsoever it may be, from the same shall be treated as termination of this
settlement for all purposes and original liability, terms and conditions shall fall back.

4. This acceptance of settlement shall not affect the rights of RBL Bank Limited to take legal actions
against you or with respect to already initiated proceedings and/or shall not be construed as
consent of the Bank to abandon its rights or legal proceedings initiated by it till complete
payment of the dues as mentioned hereinabove and on fulfillment of the above commitment as
mentioned in the above schedule, all the legal cases filed if any will be withdrawn in due course
of time.

5. In the event if you commit any default after payment of partial settlement amount, then
whatever amount paid by you under this settlement shall not be refunded or return and same
shall be appropriated towards outstanding dues as per the banks discretion.

6. On receipt of the settlement amount, as mentioned above, Bank will treat the said credit card
account as settled and closed for all purpose.

7. As appraised to you please note any settlement done has an impact on your credit bureau
record. RBL Bank Limited updates the credit bureaus with latest credit card account status at
regular intervals.

Please note this letter supersedes any previous communication sent to you on the said Settlement.

Kindly forward a duplicate copy of letter, duly signed by you, as a token of your acceptance of the above
contents along with the initial payment and said installment cheques as above till 27-Nov-23, failing
which the said Settlement contained herein shall become null and void and be of no consequence
whatsoever.
