BETADINE GARGLE to soothe the throat and alleviate discomfort.
Minimize Speaking: The patient is strongly advised to limit verbal communication during this
recovery period. Excessive speaking can strain the vocal cords and exacerbate throat irritation,
hindering the healing process.
Avoid exposure to cold air and smoke to prevent further irritation to the respiratory system.

evaluation and guidance.
