MAINTENANCE OF CARGO GEAR and _THE BOCK WORKERS REGULATIONS. The Dock Workers (Safety, Health and Welfare) Regulations, 1990 have been formulated pursuant to the Dock Workers (Safety, Health and Welfare) Act, 1986 to safeguard the lives and interests of dockworkers.
