A very flexible and durable miniature microphone, the 4660 exhibits an accurate
omnidirectional pattern and therefore does not need to be aimed directly at the
sound source to achieve quality pickup. It is especially suited for capturing speech in
all of its nuances and handles sound pressure levels up to 134 dB. Choose this mic
for interview situations in the field or the studio.

Loud SPL
The 4671 is a fantastic lavalier mic, which features a presence boost of 5 dB at 4
to 6 kHz, which is optimized for chest placement and thereby maximizes speech
intelligibility.
Because of its special optimization for speech, this mic is appropriate for ENG news
crews as it incorporates both the mid-range presence boost as well as a low cut at
100 Hz. This fits exactly with the adjustments a sound engineer would set on an
audio mixer, making the sound ready for the transmitter or camera input.

Acoustically identical to the 4660, this mic is sensitivity adjusted to cope with higher
sound pressure levels, which typically occur when you are close to a sound source
or when the microphone must record high-intensity content. The 4661 can handle
sound pressure levels up to 144 dB and is therefore perfect for recording louder
sound effects.
Accessories
A range of useful accessories, including, grids, mesh, windscreens, MicroDot
extension cables and clips are optional items for the microphones in the 4660
Series.
