1. I would like to travel around the world, especially countries with four seasons such as
South Korea and Japan with my parents.
3. I will buy luxury brand handbags such as Hermes, Gucci, Chanel, and Versace.
4. I will save some money for my retirement as I do not want to work for a longer period
5. I will build my dream house and hire an interior designer to design my house
DAY 2
As a parent, I won’t compare my children with others, especially academically wise. Every
child is unique and has their own strengths and weaknesses. Many parents think and
compare their children to other kids with the intention of motivating them to excel. But
comparing their children with others only makes them feel unhappy and destroys their
self-esteem.
Instead of comparing my children with others, I will focus on encouraging their strengths and
helping them to develop their own interests and passions. I think it's important to provide
them with opportunities to explore and learn, while also providing support and guidance as
needed.
DAY 4
You discover you have only six weeks to live. What would you do and why?
I shall attempt to accept that I will soon pass away in the beginning. Until the very
end, I wouldn't reveal to anyone what I knew. I would begin by making slime, baking,
and doing other small tasks that I wanted to do. I will spend time enjoying myself at a
maximum level by going for a long drive, traveling to my dream destination, and
going to my favorite singer’s concert. The very last thing I'll do is spend quality time
with my loved ones to make memories they'll treasure and remember long after I'm
gone. This enables me to meaningfully convey my love and gratitude for them. The
time we spend together makes me feel at ease.
DAY 5
“I want to thank you for staying longer than usual, just to make me feel better. I want
to thank you for seeing my real face behind my mask, and always being there for me.
You are the one who knows my secrets, my real me, and my problems. You know
how I am. I appreciate you so much. Thank you for being in my life .”
DAY 6
Recently, I read a novel titled “You’ve Reached Sam” by Dustin Thao. This novel is
about Julie, a white teen, who goes through the unthinkable when the love of her life,
Sam, a Japanese-American teen, dies unexpectedly and suddenly in a car accident.
Julie, who is heartbroken, struggles to accept his death and her grief. But when she
calls his voicemail just to hear his voice again, something unbelievable happens, he
picks up. She can now talk to Sam and confide him because she is now connected to
him in mysterious ways. The connection, however, is only temporary, and Julie will
have to find a way to move on and say goodbye.
This book literally made my heart ache. I can feel the emotion of the characters all
the way through to the end. I love this book because it's more about healing from the grief of
losing someone you wanted to spend your life forever with.
