same is now fixed for hearing on XX

5. That under the above enumerated circumstances the petitioner/applicant

6. That the respondent is not interested in the speedy disposal of this case
and is intended to harass the petitioner.

7. That the principle of natural justice equity and good conscience demands
that the matter may be heard earlier and no purpose will be served in

8. That if the present application is not allowed then the Plaintiff will suffer
irreparable loss and injmy which cannot be compensated by any means
whatsoever.
Prayer

In view of the fact and circumstances mentioned above it is prayed

that this Hon'ble comt may kindly pleased to list the matter earlier for
hearing for proper adjudication of the case, in the interest of justice.

Any other order which this Hon'ble Court deem fit and
proper under the facts and circumstances of the case may kindly be passed
