 Began as an inspector of repaired and modified computer boards, cellular telepho
nes, and components. Also inspected new manufactured boards, all in accordance
with IPC610 specifications.
 Worked as a Quality Field inspector of telephone central offices across the coun
try for many of the major networks.
 Initiated quality inspection for major airports Homeland Security project.
 Incorporated knowledge of ISO/TL, along with inspections, to implement a new bra
nch project for Verizon, based on customer requirements.
 Involved both indirectly and directly with customers throughout projects in the
review of contracts and customer requirements, etc.
 Successfully completed the 8D (eight disciplines) Problem Solving Process.
 Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Visio.
