This document provides guidance on folding the complex origami model Ryujin 3.5 without specific instructions. It includes a table of contents covering the crease pattern, precreasing diagram, collapsing steps, and dealing with the difficult neck twist. The author notes Ryujin 3.5 is one of the most difficult models to imagine but makes it easier with a precreasing diagram. this book I will only work on Ryujin 3.5. Table of contents
• 1. Introduction & Crease Pattern
• 2. Diagram for Preacreasing • 3. Collapsing • 4. Neck Twist & Shaping 1. Introduction & Crease Pattern It must be said that Ryujin 3.5 is a very difficult model, although it is not the most difficult in the world, it is almost the most complex model that humans can imagine. This model has no specific instructions, just lessons from Daniel Brown on how to fold them. So this book will not have any specific instructions, but will only have instructions on how to precreasing and collapsing. If you're in a hurry for a full model, you can check out Daniel Brown's Ryujin Guide. Folding its Crease Pattern is very difficult and takes a lot of time, right? But I will make it easier with diagram 2. Diagram for Preacreasing Collapse is not easy, especially the head and leg transition So here are some steps to help you collapsing easier 3. Collapsing In my opinion, Neck Twist is the third most difficult step after the legs and transition. But it is not without solutions. Daniel Brown once talked about it like this: "The base of the head is upside-down when it is collapsed, and it needs to be flipped over at the neck. The problem is that there are many layers of pleats at the neck, and it becomes unreasonably thick unless you’re using a very large or very thin sheet. The neck can be the least elegant part of a Ryujin made with a less- than-desirable paper choice." 4. Neck Twist & Shaping There's really no specific way to shape your model. So I will let you create the image according to your wishes, or find images online
