2. What is safety? Why to put safety first?
3. A group of 5 students were under practice in the lab when suddenly an explosion burst up and
they were all badly injured but one.
a. You are a part of a team to l conduct a survey, formulate 10 questions in order to find
out what might have been wrong.
b. With a partner, give possible answers to your questions.
