Nanga Bulik City Samsat Office which is engaged in services for paying motor vehicle taxes and vehicle

registration certificates (STNK). The formulation of the problem in this study is how much influence the
dimensions of service quality are physical evidence, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, guarantees for
partial community satisfaction at the Samsat Office of Nanga Bulik City? simultaneously at the Samsat
Office of Nanga Bulik City? Knowing the influence of service quality dimensions affect community
satisfaction simultaneously at the Samsat Office of Nanga Bulik City.

Research Location The Nanga Bulik City Samsat Office is located in the Jalan Bukit Hibul Office Complex,
Nanga Bulik City, Lamandau Regency. In this study, the authors set the independent variables, namely,
Physical Evidence (X1), Empathy (X2), Reliability (X3), Response (X4), Assurance (X5), while the
dependent variable is Community Satisfaction (Y). The population in this study were people who
received services at the Samsat Office of Nanga Bulik City, amounting to 100 people. The sample used in
this study is the Solvin method.

The resulting regression equation: Y = 1.029 + 0.012X1 + 0.061X2 + 0.031X3 + 1.266X4 + 0.223X5 and the
value of the coefficient of determination is 0.881, indicating that the percentage of the influence of the
independent variable is 88.1%. While the remaining 11.9% is explained by other variables outside the
research variables

The results of this study from the T-test showed that the Physical Hill Seen from the results obtained

Reliability seen from the results obtained tcount 0.293 < ttable 1.986, Responsiveness seen from the
results obtained tcount 13,225 > ttable 1,986, the guarantee is seen from the results obtained tcount
5,305 > ttable 1,986. The results of the F test are seen from the results obtained by fcount 139.303 >
ftable 2.31.

Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that Physical Evidence, Empathy,
Reliability partially have no significant effect on community satisfaction, Responsiveness and Assurance
partially have a significant effect on community satisfaction. So it can be interpreted that there is an
influence of Physical Evidence, Empathy, Reliability, Responsiveness, and Guarantee simultaneously on
people's satisfaction.
