_____________________________(Name of Sole Proprietorship Business) have opened, on behalf of and in the aforesaid name of
my sole proprietorship business, a Current Account No ________________________with the above referred branch of your Bank
on ____________________ (Mention date of Account Opening).

I hereby authorize Mr./Ms. _________________________ to operate the above mentioned Current Account on behalf of me/us
and sole proprietorship business, including causing debit balance in the said account and/or continually operate the said account
even when overdrawn. I/We hereby authorize you to honour for Corporate Internet Banking facility by
Mr./Ms____________________ on the above account.

I/ We agree and understand that the Bank reserves the right to reject any application or block the Internet Banking facility
to any account or withdraw the Internet Banking service without assigning any reson. I/We agree and understand that
Bank reserves the right to retain the application forms, and the documents provided therewith, including photographs,
and will not return the same to us.

I/We further agree that the Bandhan Bank be and is hereby authorized to accept all instructions given or initiated through
the 'Corporate Internet Banking' service through initiator and approver in respect of corresponding account/s. The
Entity does agree to hold the Bank harmless and indemnifies and agrees to keep the Bank's interest protected on account
of the bank executing such instructions by the above signatories in the manner provided here in above.

I/We further agree that the bank shall not be responsible for any failure or malfunction of Internet banking facilities, or any other
circumstances beyond its control. The bank shall not be responsible for any dispute consequential or indirect, loss or damage arising
from or related to the use of User ID and password. I/We shall be solely responsible for all the transactions affected by the use of
User ID and Password. I/We the Proprietor shall indemnify the bank for any unauthorized use of User ID and Password.

I herby confirm that the speciman signature(s) of each of the Authorized Person(s) and the specimen impression of the stamp of the
account holder (if applicable) set out below are correct and genuine.

This authority shall continue to be in force until I revoke it by a notice in writing delivered to you. Any change to the Authorized
Person(s) or Signing arrangment shall not be binding on the Bank unless and until the Bank receives a written notice (in the form
and content that is satisfactory to the Bank) authorizing the change signed by me/us.
