RBC: Anisocytosis (+), Poikilocytosis (++), Microcytosis (++), Hypochromia (+)

WBCs: Mildly elevated on the smear majority of cells are lymphocytes with few abnormal mononuclear
lymphoid cells.

Platelets: adequate on the smear showing normal morphology.

Hemoparasite: Not seen.

OPENION:

Microcytic hypochromic anemia with lymphocytosis.. Cause..?

ADVICE:

True Cut biopsy of the any palpable lymph node and Immunophenotyping/immunohistochemistry.sp
