Baroda District Co Operative Milk Producers’ Union Ltd., (Baroda Dairy) is ISO 9001-
2015, ISO 22000-2018, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 certified organization, engaged in
procurement, production & Marketing of Milk & Milk Products with an annual turnover of
about Rs.1406 Crores. Baroda Dairy is a member of Gujarat Co. Operative Milk
Marketing Federation Ltd. & producing & Marketing Milk & Dairy Products under the brand
name of “AMUL” & “SUGAM”. We require following personnel.

NEEDS

Post No.1 : Asstt Gen Manager (Milk Procurement)

(Pay Scale Rs.34835-146075, CTC Rs.13.95 Lakhs / pa approx)

Educational Qualification : Graduate in any discipline from the recognized University

along with P G Diploma in Cooperation or Post Graduate in rural Management from
IRMA. Preference will be given to Veterinary Science Graduate.

Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in which 05 years in Managerial

position in Milk Procurement Department of Dairy Cooperative.

The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of milk
procurement operations, with Strategic Planning and Management. Development and
implementation of strategic plan for milk procurement to meet the organization's
objectives and targets. Set departmental goals, objectives, and performance metrics in
alignment with the overall business strategy. Monitor and analyze market trends,
competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and risks.
Knowledge of SAP (ERP) is also expected.

Post No.2 : Superintendent (Engineering) / Sr. Engineer
Location: Milk Processing Plant, Allhadpura, Ta : Bodeli ,
Dist : Chhotaudepur
Pay Scale Rs.16290-74865, CTC Rs.9.12 Lakhs / pa approx)- For Superintendent
Pay Scale Rs.13740-69870, CTC Rs.8.61 Lakhs / pa approx)- For Sr. Engineer

Educational Qualification : Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Instru. &

Control from the recognized University.

Experience : Minimum 07 years of experience (for Superintendent) & Minimum 05

years of experience (for Sr. Engineer) on responsible position in Engineering
Department of Large Scale Industrial Organization.

The incumbent will be responsible & will have to supervise all the work pertaining to the
Engineering as well as Process Plant activities including ETP work of Bodeli Plant. He
shall be also responsible for proper functioning & maintenance of the Dairy Plant
machineries. He will have to look after & will be responsible of all the work of New
Construction / Extension projects under process & projects to be started in near future.
Familiarity with the working and operation of Boilers and R.O. Plant is expected.
Candidate having knowledge of SAP (ERP) will be given preference.

Post No.3 – Jr. Assistant (Microbiologist) :

Educational Qualification: B.Sc. (Microbiology) from the recognized University.

Experience : Minimum 02 years experience of working in Co Operative Dairy /

Private sector.
Age : upto 30 Years

Post No.4 – Jr. Operator (Instrumentation Technician):

Location: Milk Processing Plant, Allhadpura, Ta : Bodeli ,

(Pay Scale Rs.2735-22700, CTC Rs.5.99 Lakhs/ pa approx)

Educational Qualification: ITI (Instrument Mechanic) / IMCP (Instrument Mechanic

Chemical Plant) (NCVT/GCVT)
Experience : Minimum 02 years experience of working in Co Operative Dairy /
Private sector.
Age : upto 30 Years

NOTE :

Candidate having less experience than required need not apply.

For Post No.1, in case of deserving candidate, salary shall be negotiable.

On the basis of the length of experience, Candidate’s age may be relaxed.
