Yes, at the worker’s request, the holiday can be postponed to a later date, when the

worker is unfit for work by sickness, childbirth, accident or known at the start of the
holiday that will be under medical or comparable treatment, during which the
employee will be unfit forwork, during the holiday. The postponed holiday shall be
granted at least together with the holiday subsequent to the postponed holiday.

If the employee periods of work are decided according to a rotation system based
on a collective agreement, the annual holiday may be garanted according with the
possibilities of the rotation system, but the holiday may not be postponed for more
than two months from gaining the holiday entitlement. One of the holidays deriving
from two consecutive holiday credit periods shall be granted between May 2 and
September 30. At the worker’s request, it may be agreed that annual holiday is
granted in a different period than the previously provided, but it can’t be postponed
for over six months from gaining the holiday entitlement.
