C. The employee shall be entitled to life and health insurance.

Medical expense shall be covered


for any injuries or problems encountered in relation to the employee’s work or assignment.

6. Restraint of Trade

The employee shall place oneself fully in service of Bashayer Manufacturing PLC. Unless prior
written approval from the employer has been given, the employee is not permitted during the
validity of this contract to be engaged in any other activities for which any form of remuneration
is received.

7. Code of Conduct

The Employee shall be expected to observe codes of behavior normally expected from Company
employees and rules issued from time to time by the employer. Any violation of these shall be
punishable by termination of the contract based on the labor law.

8. Change of Job

The employer has the right to assign the employee on any job which fits his qualification and
experience.

9. Termination of Employment

This contract is terminated when both parties agree in writing. The employee may also terminate
by giving 30 days prior notice to the employer. Termination can also be brought about by the
employer for good cause as mentioned under the Ethiopian labor proclamation No.1156/2011.

10. Return of Property

At termination of this contract, the employee is obliged to immediately return any company
property to the employer.

11. Mr./Ms. …………………………... has signed as the employees Guardian. Guarantee letter
should be attached.
