No More Negativity

Please get yourself into a comfortable position, where you can feel relaxed and
at ease. I want to start by taking three deep breaths in and out, allowing any
stresses and tension in your body to flow out with each slow breath out.

Imagine that we are going to go on a journey helping you towards a more


confident and empowered self.

We will begin by taking a journey to your favourite beach.

Let your imagination transport you from where you are now to a place that offers
you safety, calmness and deep relaxation.

It is a warm sunny day and you can feel the warmth of the sun on your skin whilst
a cool breeze gently floats over your body, keeping you at the perfect
temperature that gives you a feeling of comfort and ease.

The sun is high and brightly shines through the deepest blue sky.

You take a breath and fill your lungs with fresh warm air.

You begin to feel relaxed and content as you float toward the beautiful beach.

Pause.

As you approach the beach you can see the soft warm golden sands and further
into the distance there is a calm turquoise sea.

You stand for a moment taking in the view and take three long, slow deep
breaths.

You can smell the freshness of the sea breeze and inhale it deep into your lungs.

With each breath you can feel yourself, relaxing further, deeper, more relaxed.

As you look out further ahead of you and towards the horizon, you take in the
view of the beautiful turquoise sea that glimmers and shines reflecting the sun’s
rays.

You remain transfixed for a few moments, still absorbing its beauty as you take
notice of your breath in and out, slowing, becoming deeper, and releasing
tensions away from your body.

You feel as though you could stand here forever, but the sea is beckoning you to
come closer.

Pause.

Take a step onto the beach and begin to feel relaxed and relieved of any
pressures or stresses that you had previously been experiencing.

Pause.

You feel alive and present in the moment as you experience the warmth of the
soft sand beneath your feet.

There is a sense of lightness and freedom with each step you take.

Pause for a moment to feel the sand beneath your feet and allow this relaxing
feeling to flow into your whole being.

You can hear the waves of the sea gently lapping against the sand and you have
an inner sense of tranquillity and peace.

You are pleasantly alone on the beach; it feels safe, and you feel at one with
nature.

The beauty of this paradise beach washes over you like a warm gentle
comforting inner peace.

Pause.

In a moment, you are going to walk further down the beach to be closer to the
sea.

With each step, I am going to count the numbers from 1 to 10.

With each step along the beach toward the beautiful sea, you are going to feel
more deeply relaxed and content.

1 - you can feel you feel your feet sinking deeper into the warm soft golden sand
as you notice a feeling - a deep sense of calm.

2 - you feel the sea breeze float over your face and in your hair, feeling deeply
relaxed.

3 - any remaining tensions within you, evaporate away into the sea breeze.

4 - notice the sand beneath your feet soften as you feel grounded and relaxed.

5 - you are moving closer to a beautiful space on the beach; a place that you
would like to sit and be one with your surroundings; you feel calm and restful.

6 - you sit yourself down gently on the soft warm sand; breathe in the air, you are
feeling so deeply relaxed and peaceful.

7 - you are noticing the breeze on your face and the warmth of the sun; you also
notice how you are feeling deeply relaxed.

8 - you rest back on the sand breathing easily, there is no rush to leave; you are
feeling calm and restful inside as you go deeper relaxed.

9 - notice your breathing slowing and steadying and there is a wonderful feeling
of inner calm and peace as you become more deeply relaxed.

10 - it’s so relaxing to be here right now; your body is calm and you are feeling

so comfortable and content.

You are now very deeply relaxed.

Pause.

As you rest on the warm golden sand in this beautiful place, you relax so
completely that you feel deeply connected with your inner self.

Pause.

As you look out to the sea you see beautiful vibrant, colourful fish coming to the
shore.

They appear to be surfing along with each wave then swimming back into the
depth of the sea as the tide draws back.

You sit and watch them flow forwards and backwards, forwards and backwards,
forwards and backwards, breathing rhythmically with the rhythm of the waves.

You are feeling deeply relaxed and open to the world and what it has for you.

Short pause.

And there go the fish again, following the same pattern as before, surfing the
waves and swimming back into the depths of the ocean when the tide draws
back.

And you go deeper and deeper into gentle hypnotic rest.

Keep watching the waves and the fish and the tide as you drift even deeper into
trance.

Pause.

And as you focus on the fish, you become aware, on a deeper level, that they
are here to help you.

You know that you have been experiencing negative thoughts until now and

even though you are deeply and comfortably relaxed and at peace, you can
remember some of those thoughts that have been bothering you.

Pause.

And you are still watching the fish.

Now, you notice how, as the fish approach, they reach out and grasp onto each
negative thought that has been disturbing or holding you back.

You give permission for them to take them from you and into the sea.

Perhaps those negative thoughts represent insecurities that you had about
yourself; if so, know that you no longer need them and let them go.

Watch the fish swimming forward to grasp every negative thought and take them
away.

Your thoughts may represent false beliefs that you had about yourself or that
others had bestowed on you at some stage of your life or they may represent
fears or doubts or feelings of not being good enough.

Whatever those thoughts are, let them go. Let them go now.

It’s fun to watch those negative thoughts being taken away by fish and you allow
yourself to remember more of those thoughts that have bothered you in the past.

And with each troubling thought that enters your head, let them go and allow the
fish to return them to the sea.

Repeat the process, pausing for a few seconds each time a negative thought is
taken away.

The fish and those negative thoughts go deeper and deeper away from you and
into the depths of the ocean.

They completely wash away from you, leaving you feeling calm and happy and
free.

You are letting go of the negative thought, letting go of each one, letting go.

Each negative thought goes further and further away from you, further and
further away.

You remain here a while as you feel freer and lighter.

This gives space in your mind to allow positive thoughts to grow in your mind.

As this happens you can feel your mind opening up to new thoughts and
feelings.

Your mind is open to new opportunities and the positive resources you have
within you can make these happen for you.

As your subconscious mind gets to work, on a deeper level of awareness, your


mind feels spacious and free and preparing for you to be happy, content and
confident within yourself.

Pause.

And it is a beautiful feeling.

Your mind is now open and receptive to exciting new thoughts and ideas; you
can allow your mind to receive and act upon the suggestions you hear.

Pause.

You feel a strong sense of knowing what you want out of life and you see your
future knowing that the power is within you to take control of your future self.

Take a few moments to imagine being in that future self and notice how good
that feels; you are confident and very self-assured in who you are and what you
do.

Stronger and deeper in confidence.

Pause.

Stronger and deeper in confidence.

Pause.

Each day you feel good about who you are; your sense of confidence grows
stronger and deeper.

Each day you feel happier and more open to confident, positive thoughts and
new ideas.

Every day you take small steps, doing things that you know will help to brighten
your future and make any and all your dreams come true.

You are a sensitive, creative, compassionate and intuitive human being and you
instinctively know what will make you happy.

Pause.

You are sensitive, compassionate and intuitive and these are qualities that enrich
you and feel true to your way of being.

Nurturing and growing your confidence will deliver you the successes you
deserve in all that you do.

Repeat.

You can feel your sense of creativity growing deeper and deeper as your
confidence increases.

Pause.

Because you are feeling stronger in this way, you are able to share things about
yourself and reach out and seek out what you need for yourself to make a future
for yourself that is positive and contains all you desire.

You are feeling deeper, stronger, and more confident.

You can feel your mind expanding -feeling a sense of positivity and power to be
who you are and who you truly desire to be.

Pause.

Feel that confidence growing, deeper, deeper and deeper.

You know that you will succeed in all that you do as you are now deeply focused
and channelled with your positive energy to seek out what you need for yourself.

Feel your confidence growing stronger and deeper.

Pause.

As you look toward the future you can really see and sense and feel that you will
succeed.

Your future is full of potential and unexplored opportunities and you can see your
beautiful future there before you.

You can grasp it now and feel its strong pull, like a powerful magnetic energising
force, drawing toward you to create a positive, successful and enriching future.

Your inner being is feeling more and more enriched and your true self shines
brighter and stronger with every breath you take.

Repeat.

Notice your confidence and sense of wellbeing as it grows stronger and deeper
with each breath.

Pause.

In a moment, you will be leaving this beach knowing that you can return at any
time you wish, to absorb the strength and positive energies from this moment
again.

You feel relaxed content and exude a newfound confidence from within you.

You feel positive about your future.

You feel thankful as you feel the soft warm golden sand beneath your feet and

the sea breeze on your face.

You feel thankful for the beauty of nature and the safe place it has been for you
today.

You will notice when you return to the here and now that you feel stronger, more
energised, focused and confident.

You are energised, focused and confident.

Repeat.

You will feel a strong motivation to build on your inner strength and to become
the future self you believe in.

That’s right, your confident self, for you are a wonderful human being that seeks
out what you need and desire for a truer happier, confident life.

Pause.

You can return here whenever you need to, it will always be here for you.

You are feeling deeply energised, focused and confident and send thoughts of
loving thanks to the ocean, the waves and the beautiful fish that came to help
you today.

Pause.

I will now count you back to the present time and with each number that I count
you will build on your strength, confidence and energy in order to achieve your
goals.

When I reach 5, you will open your eyes, feel present in the here and now and
ready to continue with your day

1 - feel the sand beneath your feet.

2 - look out towards the horizon and take in the beauty of what you see and take
a deep breath then let it go.

3 - stand up and turn away from the sea and feel an energy growing inside you.

4 - walk back away from the sea towards the path that takes you back home,
feeling stronger, energised motivated and confident.

5 - you are returning back to the here and now; open your eyes and orientate
yourself back into the room.

You feel energised, awake and confident, ready to continue your day with
beautiful thoughts flowing through your mind, calm and peaceful feelings flowing
through your body.
