    of our hospital, he presented us with Gastric Ulcer,
    High Fever and Typhoid.

    He has once been diagnosed but still complain of the


    same symptoms, he will subsequently book for another
    appointment but had to be postponed, due to clarion
    call.
    He’s also placed on the following medications;
    Boscopam, Gecrol, Theophylline, Acetaminophen
    (Tylenol, ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin IB)).
