Amendment to Contract

1. This amendment (the "Amendment") is made by Skyline Infra Limited and Airtech
Industries Pvt. Ltd., parties to the agreement _________________ dated (the
"Agreement").

2. The Agreement is amended as follows:

(a)The Skyline Infra Private Limited, by an amendment to its certificate of

incorporation/organization, dated _________20___, has changed its corporate name to
Skyline Infra Limited.

() This amendment accomplishes a change of corporate name only and all rights and
obligations of the both parties unaffected by this change made under the Principal
Contract Agreement.

(a)In consideration of these facts, the parties agree that—

(b)The contracts covered by this Agreement are amended by substituting the

name“_____________________________”for the
name“_____________________________” wherever it appears in the contracts; and

(3) Each party has executed this Agreement as of the day and year first above written.

(4) Except as set forth in this Amendment, the Agreement is unaffected and shall
continue in full force and effect in accordance with its terms. If there is conflict
between this amendment and the Agreement or any earlier amendment, the terms of
this amendment will prevail.
