GENERAL CONCEPT

• The World Athletics Awards will be celebrated on Monday 11


December 2023 in a private ceremony hosted by HSH Price
Albert II at the Palace of Monaco.
• The 5 men and 5 women finalists for Athletes of the Year will
be invited to Monaco.
• The 2 Rising Star Award winners will also be invited to Monaco.

• All other Award winners will be announced via World Athletics


digital platforms in the lead-up to the Awards

• World Athletics will schedule and manage


press points and interview opportunities
for accredited media and broadcast
• We will have a dedicated room for one-

Award winners following the official
announcement.
