COMES NOW, Plaintiff, TYLER ALLEN LOFALL brings this motion on his own

behalf in a pro se capacity.

I, Plaintiff, move this Court for enlargement of time within which to re-allege my
24
complaint, in response to DEFENDANTS WEST LINN POLICE DEPARTMENT, DANA
25
GUNNARSON AND CATLIN BLYTH’S RULE 21 MOTIONS. I have contacted both counsel
26
to confer on this request, and both have said they do not object. Plaintiff has completed
27 and a copy of itt and it was sent to both counsel at roughly 2:20 PM on April 24th.
