ECD dealer for 2022, and subject sales are carry over POs from December, but was not involved
with us in 2021 having no carry over POs from December.
Dealer Completed ECD last year 2022, these are numbers primiarly from PO,s carry forward from
the last year.

Dealer engaged in Oct LY and now he is in regular business with us, being big dealer he is placing
product to sub dealer network in the territory, which enhanced our brand placement & visibility.

dealer is nominated by district administration to sell urea on control rate at single sales point

Dec LY we have engaged him in business with us to grab our MS at SP.

ECD potential dealer, In 2019 sold 7400 MTs and in 2021, Till towards competitors but since last
year 2022, Start doing business with Efert in all products and reduced volume from other
companies.

Dealer is a medium potential trader and a Rice Miller who was previously engaged with open
market traders. He also serves as a medium to serve stocks to feed sub-dealers and farmers in
outskirts. Post government intervention for licensing, the dealer was engaged with EFERT for
sales of fertilizers.

Dealer is a potential Trader-cum-retailer at territory level (Haroonabad Territory) and in last few
years he was doing average business with us and the reason is that he was engaged in buying
from trade channel. Now from last quarter of 2022 we have engaged him with us and the dealer
also helped us a lot in our brand placement to retail network, especially at SPs of Maroot,
Kitchiwala & Yateem wali SPs.

M/S Madina Fert is a main working dealer at Okara SP and is nominated from local
administration and Agri deptt to provide Urea to growers at SP.

This is an ECD dealer who previously was mainly working in the payer#300528 at Multan SP with
FY Sales of 9356mt during 2022, 12226mt in 2021 and 4665mt in 2020. In 2022,TSM Hasilpur
had effectively engaged him in Hasilpur securing volume of 2441mt all products. This dealer is
also recommended and preferred by local administration and Agri dept. for provision of Urea at
control price to local farmers.

This is an ECD dealer for 2022 and have Dec POs which were invoiced in Jan. 2023 but he has
done limited work in January 2022 due his personal internal issues.
Subject dealer sold 700Mts Urea in Jan '2022 in his 02 dealer ships Rana Arsalan & Co, and
Attawa Khad Store, while in same two dealerships he did only 679Mts Urea in Jan 2023. So in
totality his sales increased by 21Mts ONLY in Jan 2023 compared with same period LY.

Dealer is a good retailer at Faqir wali Sp, total Engro dealers at SP are 08 and this is the only
dealers having good sales potential. He is mainly engaged with FFC, now from LY we are trying to
grab our share from him, as he also has the potentail to place product to sub dealers network at
his surrounding SPs.
