Chosen Sampling Technique: Convenience Sampling

We chose convenience sampling as our sampling technique, selecting people based on their
ease of access rather than using a systematic or random procedure. This approach is known for
its effectiveness and simplicity, and researchers frequently choose individuals who are
accessible or easily located. While we recognize its benefits, we are also aware of its dangers,
particularly the possibility of bias. There is a risk that the group being studied will not accurately
reflect the larger population, resulting in conclusions that are not applicable to others. As a
result, while it is convenient, we approach it with caution, acknowledging the need to investigate
alternate sampling methods to produce more reliable and accurate results.
