merchandise management system.
The
INVOICE
is made out separately and automatically by the order handling system and sent to you by e-mail (PDF), as
soon as the dispatch note has been booked in our internal system. This might take up to 3-5 days after
arrival. If urgent, you can receive an invoice earlier. In this case, please contact us again using your
separate order history in your personal customer account or by e-mail (guest -without registration and
customer account). Then we will request an early invoice from the data center.
TRANSPORTDAMMAGE
(for DHL deliveries only, not for deliveries by other parcel services or shipping companies) please contact
your nearest DHL branch to complain about the damage in transit. Please do not forget to inform us
simaultaneously using your personal customer account. Should the package have been damaged during
transit (visible [outside]), please take the following steps to ensure a correct handling of the complaint.
Please take all the goods in their original packing (the internal packing material, too) to your nearest post
office or agent to fill in a damage report. The damage must be reported within 7 working days after receipt of
the goods. The post office or agent will fill in a damage report of which you will receive a copy. They will keep
the delivery to send it to the packing company for assessment of the packing. The assessment of the packing
is necessary to deal with the complaint. You can specify whether you want the delivery back or have it sent
back to the sender. If you want to send it back to the sender, the package is returned to the sender with its
original delivery number. The complaint will be settled between DHL and the sender. If there are any
problems filling in the damage report at the post office, please show them these certificates.
