“RELIANCE JIO INFOCOMM LIMITED”. is installing its 5G/4G MINI TOWER all over India.
We are glad to inform you that RELIANCE JIO NETWORK has agreed to install its NETWORK tower with
reference to DDD/KG/1144/04G on the land referred by you. On the basis of your documents and suitability
of your land . The agreement period is 15 years and can be extended for further 15 years if both Party agrees.
In case of expending of tower maturity period the term and condition will be according to Policies of the
company in the financial year and laws of the government.

As per policy company will provide you sum RS.15 Lakhs as Advance Payment and Rent of first
month in advance. Throughout the agreement period you will get Rs.12,000/- per month as rent and
Rs.10,000 for Security Guard or Maintenance.Along the Period of deal companies ACT 1956 will prevail in
case of any legal procedure.

You need to deposit Rs.8,000/- for Registration and Processing Fee in our company account which is
accepted by the company, and which will be refunded to you along with your first payment given by the
company.

You should fulfil the minimum requirement of land referred by you for installation of tower that is 100
sq.ft. Land must be owned by the applicant and case of lease will not be considered. Once the deal begins and
the tower gets installed on your land, the scheme can not be terminated before maturity period of 15 years.
Delay may terminate deal and the whole issue gets condemned.
