FOR: Misprision of Treason

INFORMATION
The undersigned, Assistant Prosecutor, hereby accuses SUMBUNG AKU of the crime
of MISPRISION of TREASON, committed as follows, to wit:

That on or about June 10, 2013, in the City of Solanawood, Province of

Cagayan Valley and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the
accused SUMBUNG AKU, a Filipino Citizen, who is a live-in partner of Holee
Fuk, a Chinese expatriate, filed a police blotter which states that on April 5, 2013,
the accused had knowledge of a conspiracy against the Philippines upon discovery
of an e-mail of Holee Fuk to certain General No Tsmo King wherein Holee Fuk
agreed to provide vital information on the military defense of the Philippines in
exchange for Five Million Pesos (Php 5,000,000.00) and his safe return to China.
The accused Sumbung Aku conceals or does not disclose and make known the
same to Antonino Llanto, mayor of Solanawood City, due to such matters only
being reported on June 10, 2013, or two (2) months after the discovery of such to
the detriment of public interest.
