INTRACOMPANY EMPLOYEE TRANSFER REQUEST FORM

Employees may express interest to one of our workgroups covered by a labor agreement by submitting this form. In
general, employees must have completed a year in their current position. This requirement may be extended if business
needs warrant, or may be waived by their manager, if the employee has successfully completed their probationary period.
Employees currently covered by a labor agreement should refer to their contract for details.

This form is used for the following positions: A&P Mechanic, Aircraft Cleaner, Dispatcher, Fleet Service Clerk, Flight
Attendant, Ground School Instructor, Ground Support Equipment Mechanic, Inventory Control Specialist, Pilot, and Tool
& Die Maker. All other positions are posted online in the Careers section of the my.envoyair.com portal.

INSTRUCTIONS
Fill out form legibly. Employees are required to have their manager/supervisor sign this form before submitting to Talent
Services via email at Envoy.TalentServices@aa.com. Complete a separate form if you are interested in more than one
position/city. This request is void after January 1 and July 1 of each year unless submitted within the preceding 30 days.

RELATIVES AT ENVOY
The Company has terms and conditions regarding the employment of relatives of current Envoy employees. A relative is
defined as an employee’s spouse, parents, spouse’s parent, child, child of spouse, brother, sister, brother-in-law, sister-
in-law. Employees may not interfere in any way with a relative’s employment relationship with the Company including
hiring, transfer, promotion, or discipline. Employees are prohibited from being the first or second level supervisor of a
relative; transfer or promotional opportunities may be impacted as a result. Employees are solely responsible for
compliance with this rule. Identify any relatives currently working for Envoy. Failure to identify or to abide by these terms
and conditions will result in disciplinary action up to and including termination. Attach an additional page if necessary.

DRUG TESTING & BACKGROUND CHECKS


As required by the Federal Aviation Administration anti-drug regulation 14 CFR Part 120 Subpart E, certain groups of
employees are subject to random drug testing under the Company approved Drug Testing program. Employee’s in a
current position not covered by random drug testing under the Department of Transportation requirements interested in
transferring to a covered position by random drug testing will be required to pass a drug test prior to the completion of any
transfer. Additionally, employees will be required to fulfill a FAA criminal background check to qualify for unescorted
access privileges to airport security identification areas (SIDA), if applicable. Employees may need to be able to secure
appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable.
