VEGETARIANISAM

My friends asked me many times how can I live without eating non-veg. Then i reverse asked them
how can you live eating non-veg. I hope many of us faced such situations. This is our today topic.

Don’t ask me why I am vegetarian, ask yourself why you are not.

Many studies says that human body is not built for eating non-vegetarian, mainly our jaws, teeth and
we have large intestine when campare to animals . many of you know Non-vegetarian takes 72 hours
for digestion and even more when consuming red meat. Scientists also proved that meat
consumption generates lots of toxins and bad cholesterol in our body. This all proves we are
vegetarians by our race. Vegetarian diet is the human diet.

We can see many people in western countries are slowly converting into vegetarians and also many
becoming vegans. Hope you also noticed !

Clean and spiritual mind is possible with clean body first. Consuming vegetarian cleans your body
and helps you to grow spiritually. It is very important to be a vegetarian. Human ultimate goal is to
experience the inner joy and happiness this will happen only with vegetarianism. Eating flesh of dead
animal, your mind become restless and filled with fears.

The Law of karma is very logical. for every action there is a opposite and equal reaction and we heard
this many times, right? Veg diet is safe and nourishing in nature. We don’t have any right to kill any
animals.

When we want to grow ourselves in spirituality…….first thing is to change our diet. We need to
always eat easily digestible food. This helps our body to grab the cosmic energy from the universe
easily. What we eat is what we are!! Pls re think if you are still non vegetarian.

See .…even our Vedas and puranas, we are always advised to take Satvik food which we strictly
follow during festivals and poojas only. But why don’t we practice this regularly ….and this is helpful
to overcome any obstacles in our meditation journey. vegetarianism helps our soul to gain spiritual
consciousness.

Plants has high capacity to absorb the energy from the Sun which helps them grow. Plants have the
capacity to regrow even though they are cut, so we can undoubtedly eat plant-based food.

Any food we take…. should be taken with Love ….and not forcefully. Any animal killed forcefully
releases toxins, negativity and carry fear and all those emotions converts into our food. Many
spiritual persons like(Gandhi, Pathriji, sadguru,Osho and many others) philosophers and sports
celebrities like Virat Kohli, Serena Williams, Mike Tyson many more, are following vegetarianism
knowing the benefits of becoming a veggie. See….Many successful persons are converted to
vegetarian and noticing the benefits of vegetarianism. Animals are just another race in this planet
and are not slaves for us.

Everyone has only one source of energy: the sun. We absorb the sun’s energy in various forms. Like
Human beings absorb in the form of pigmentation called melanin in our body. We cannot absorb and
store the sun’s energy in any other form. But Plants, on the other hand, absorb the sun’s energy in
the process of photosynthesis. The plants are our next source of energy since they absorb the sun’s
energy directly. So, if we want the most energy, we have to consume it from the plants which is the
primary source of energy.

It is easy to digest the simple cells of plants and release the energy from these cells. And We do not
have to wait for long for this energy to be released in our body. Animals and birds are the secondary
sources of energy. So, they have a complex cell structure in which they store this energy, so they
need more time to release this energy. They sit in the stomach and our bodies need to work
extremely hard to take that energy. That is why it takes more time to cook non vegetarian campare
to vegetarian food.

Bhagavad-Gita says “Ahimsa paramo dharma” means Non-violence is the best dharma.

Goutham Buddha says “To become vegetarian is to step into the stream which leads to
enlightenment”. Buddhism says that forced killing of animals and making its rebirth into a lower
dimension due to sudden and fearful death and that will impact the human life towards our spiritual
journey.

Mahatma Gandhi once said “To my mind, the life of lamb is no less precious than life of human
being.” He also said that country’s development can be measured by looking at the way we treat
animals in the country.

So …my dear friends I think we understand …… being a vegetarian not a choice its compulsory for
every human being so….my dear friends if you value the inner peace and joy…. go for vegetarian

So thats all for today we be a vegetarian and lets spread vegetarianism

Thank you srilakshmi mam for this oppunity

And thanks every one.
