We, THE OJULE META FAMILY of Ojule Meta Family House, Ilala
Ifelodun Local Government Area, Kwara State (hereinafter referred to as
“THE DONOR”) do HEREBY APPOINT WAHAB UTHMAN & AHMED
AFOLABI of Ojule Meta Family House, Ilala Ifelodun Local Government
Area, Kwara State as our ATTORNEY to do and execute all or any of the
following acts and things on our behalf namely:

WHEREAS:
1. By virtue of meeting headed on 15th December, 2022 at Family
Compound, Ojule Meta Family House, Ilala Ifelodun Local
Government Area, Kwara State that the family Land along Buari Ilala
Road, Ilala Community Ifelodun Local Government Area, Kwara
State which “The Donor” as the original beneficial owner of the land.
2. And whereas the Donor is desirous of appointing an Attorney to
superintend, assign, sell, procure, funds, improves and effect
developments in respect of the said land.
3. And whereas the Attorney has agreed to act as Attorney to
superintend, assign, sell, procure, funds, improves and effect
developments of the said land.

NOW THIS POWER OF ATTORNEY WITNESSES


We, the aforesaid Donor hereby IRREVOCABLY Appoint the Attorney
hereof as my true and lawful Attorney for us and on our behalf, to do and
execute all of the following acts in respect of the above mentioned land.
a. To superintend the management and development of the said land
and to admit tenants into the property on the terms the Attorney
deems fit and to issue receipts for all payment including rents for the
aforesaid land.
b. To exercise all our rights under the lease as the beneficial holder in
possession and to grant Power of Attorney to someone else.
c. To enter into contracts, covenants and arrangement of all kinds.
d. To mortgage same, assign, sell, and generally deal with the land as
the Attorney deem fit.
e. To take over in the Attorney owns name and prosecute or continue to
prosecute or defend all legal actions.
f. To make and sign application to the appropriate Governmental
departments and/or authorities for all any licenses, permissions,
consents required by law or otherwise in connection with the said
land including the recovery of compensation payable on the land.

h. That we hereby ratify and confirm whatsoever the Attorney shall


lawfully do or cause to be done in respect of the Demised plot in
accordance with this Power of Attorney.
i. IT IS HEREBY DECLARED AND AFFIRMED THAT THIS POWER
OF ATTORNEY IS IRREVOCABLE EITHER BY ACT, DEATH OR
BANKRUPTCY OF THE DONOR.
IN WITNESS whereof the DONOR and the DONEE have set their hands
