Question 1:

Collect and build data files with SPSS

- Data collection: through online interviews via google form from the following link:

https://docs.google.com/forms/d/15uO4LqFul-zJQSjf4GMXIjO-KxCfxCsEcYPa0OPS9r0/edit

- Results are extracted as excel file, then data cleaned and encoded into SPSS file
Question 8:

-We can test for interactions by defining a new variable as the product of the two
variables (Age and Dong Exercise) which is Interaction(Age_Doing Exercise) =
Age*Doing exercise , and testing whether this variable is significant, leading to an
alternative model.
(Income) = B0 + B1*(Age)+ B2*(Doing Exercise)+B3*(Interaction)

a. Dependent Variable: Income

Comments:

+ Sig. of the Interaction variable is 0.484 > 0.05, so the coefficient of the Interaction
variable (Age_Doing Exercise) is not statistically significant. This also shows that Doing
Exercise does not have a moderating effect on the relationship between age and income.

+On the other hand, the results above show that Age has a positive impact on Income
when survey subjects has “Doing exercise”.
