URGE – to please/encourage someone to do a particular thing.
DESPERATELY - used to emphasize the extreme degree of something. GEOPOLITICALLY - explains how countries, businesses, terrorist groups, etc. try to reach their political goals by controlling geographic features of the world. ASSURED – guaranteed in return. ISSUE – conflict or problem. DECENT - conforming with generally accepted standards of respectable or moral behavior.

ENVOY - someone who is sent as a representative from one government or organization to another. DIPLOMAT - diplomatic is someone who can be sensitive in dealing with others and who can achieve peaceful resolutions or facilitate discussion. A person who doesn't take sides in a fight but who instead helps others to resolve their differences. ACCREDITED - Being accredited means an organization has proven itself as a legitimate establishment in their field. In some fields, such as education, it is not a quick process nor is it an easy process. Strict standards must be met. SOVEREIGN - possessing supreme or ultimate power. LIBERALLY - in a way that is not precise or strictly literal; loosely.
