 Coopers Lane School's Terms and Conditions

Tickets are limited to 2 tickets per family, due to the capacity we have in the school hall. Please
note, anyone booking additional tickets using an alternative email will have the additional booking
cancelled.
Seats are not allocated and are on a first come first served basis at each performance.
All siblings will have the opportunity to watch a dress rehearsal of the performance during school
time.
Taking photos or filming during the performance is not permitted. A recording of the performance
will be made available to all families.
Buggies or push chairs must be left outside the hall in the designated area. All infants must sit on
an adults lap during the performance.
Anyone requiring special access arrangements must inform the school office at least 5 days prior
to the performance info@cooperslane.lewisham.sch.uk
In the event of the fire alarm sounding, the school adults will be responsible for the children who are
performing. All spectators should follow the 'fire exit' signs and walk to the MUGA in the KS2
playground. A school adult will direct spectators to this area.
The PTA will be holding a Christmas Hamper raffle at each performance.
