Ingredients:

• 2 Large Eggs
• 2 Tbsp. Milk
• 1 tsp. Butter
• 1/8 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
• 2 Tbsp. Chopped Ham

• 1 Tbsp. Chopped Bell Pepper

Preparations:

• In a small mixing bowl, add the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Whisk together
until well combined; set aside.
• In a small mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheese, ham, onion, and bell

Directions:

1. Place the stove on medium heat.


2. Place butter in a medium-sized skillet over the stove.
3. Melt the butter.
4. Slant the pan so that the butter coats the bottom of the skillet.
5. Pour egg mixture into skillet.
6. As the egg mixture cooks, gently lift cooked edges up with a spatula and tilt
pan, allowing uncooked egg mixture to fall toward the edges of the pan.
7. Cook until egg mixture is fully cooked and no longer runny.
8. Place cheese mixture along one half of the egg mixture.
9. Using a spatula, flip the other half of the egg mixture on top of the cheese
mixture.
10. Cook until cheese is melted.
11. Place on a plate and serve.
