No. AIESL/CHRO/2023/64 Date: - 24.11.2023 Subject:- Salary Structure of Fixed Term Employees (FTEs: The management of Al Engineering Services Limited reviewed the wage structure of the employees and pursuant to approval of the Competent Authority, It has been decided to enhance the emoluments of the employees engaged on Fixed Term Employment (FTEs) in AIESL excluding those erstwhile transfer employees from AASL in the categories mentioned below. Aircraft Maintenance Engineer. (Annexure — A) Technical Officer. (Annexure — B) Technicians. (Annexure - C) General Category Executives. (Annexure — D) General Category Officers. (Annexure — E) General Category Staff. (Annexure - F) Utility Hand / Driver. (Annexure ~ G) N@OORONS General Conditions: 1. As per board approval, the financial benefits on account of new salary structure will be given with effect from 1" October 2023. However, the fitments will be done on point-to-point basis. 2. Agreement will be prepared with revised salary structure and service conditions Implementation of Revised salary will be effective 1° October 2023 subject to signing of the new agreement by the concerned employee before 31% January 2024. For employees signing the agreement after 1% February 2024, revised salary will be implemented with effect from the date of signing the agreement. 3. The date of annual increment will be 1° of April every year uniformly for all employees. Employees, joining/promoted in between the year, will be given increment on pro-rata basis for the 1" year. 4. In order to maintain the uniformity, all the allowances to be merged in “Other Allowances’, wherever applicable. 5. As per existing practice, all workman category of FTE to get minimum 50 hours of overstay allowance, which is factored within the revised salary structure. However, current overstay rates to continue as per past practice. 6. Existing deductions on account of medical insurance and transport shall continue. 7. It has been decided that, henceforth the duration of notice period shall be a Period of 3 months for all non-certifying category. For certifying staff it will be 6 months’ notice. 8. For existing Technicians’ category — status quo to be maintained impending court decision, and the new structure to be implemented for the employees subject to outcome of court case and/or settlement. nuierc228 ys.
