 III. Distribution
Talons will be distributed to community members via two

time-based methods:

Retroactive Allocation
For PROOF assets in ANY wallets connected to
your PROOF Profile, a retroactive allocation based PROOF Collective 38 /day
on historical hold time will be distributed for all
assets held at least 24 hours. (Assets include- Moonbirds 38 /day
PROOF Collective Pass and Moonbirds).

Whether or not a community member has cycled Mythics None

through different assets or communities, as long as
they currently hold at least one PROOF asset, they
will receive all retroactive Talons for each full day
that they owned the asset.

Ongoing Accrual
Moving forward, an ongoing accrual system
distributes Talons at the rates listed below to PROOF Collective 75 /day
community members daily based on the current
PROOF assets they hold in any wallet linked to Moonbirds 75 /day
their profile on PROOF.xyz

Is Talons an ERC-20 token? Will there be an
ERC-20 token in the future?
This iteration of Talons is NOT an ERC-20 token.
While we have explored that possibility in depth,
until there is better guidance/clarity from the
SEC we do not plan to release one.
Can I trade / move tokens?
In this season, Talons are NOT transferable,
tradable or sellable.
I hold various PROOF Assets across multiple
wallets. How do I collect all my Talons?
Any wallet you connect to your profile on
PROOF.xyz will automatically apply to your

I held a PROOF Asset, but sold it. Am I still
eligible to receive Talons for the time I held

that asset?
There are no penalties for broken “streaks”. This
is not nesting. Whether members have cycled
through different assets or communities, as long
as you currently hold at least one eligible PROOF
asset, you will have access to all retroactive
Talons you are eligible for.
If I connect a wallet that held a PROOF asset to
my profile at a later date, will I receive my
retroactive distribution?
Yes! If you owned any PROOF asset at ANY time
you are eligible to receive your Talons. The only
requirement to receive your allocation and access
the marketplace is that you currently hold at
least one eligible PROOF asset, and have a
profile on PROOF.xyz
