Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) for Students

Dear parents,

You are cordially invited to attend the ‘Parent Teacher Meeting’ on 9th December 2023 (Saturday)
between 9:00 am to 1:30 am. To foster effective communication and progress, you are required to meet
the class teacher. This endeavour is to apprise and orient the parents about the performance of the
students.

We request you to adhere to the following time slot to conduct the meeting smoothly:

ROLL NO. TIMINGS

1-10 09:00 AM - 10:00 AM
11 - 20 10:15 AM - 11:15 AM
21 - 30 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM
31 - 40 12:15 PM - 01:15 PM

We encourage you to arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled meeting.

If your ward is accompanying for the PTM then it is must for him/her to be in complete school uniform.
