I.- ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS 4 PTS EACH

1.- What is a Company Strategy?

A business strategy is the combination of all the decisions made and actions carried out by the company
to achieve business objectives and ensure a competitive position in the market. It is the backbone of the
company, since it is the roadmap that leads to the desired objectives.

Business strategy is a necessary element in any business that wants to achieve sustainable development
and growth that can be replicated over the years. Knowing more about methodologies and techniques
will help you improve your business strategy, whether you are starting a brand or company or have been
running your own venture for years, or to implement it if you do not yet have one.

Depending on the level of development and scope of your business, the business strategy may require
more or less attention, resources and time. The scale of your company will also determine if you need
specialized people to propose a strategy appropriate to the needs of your business, or if it is something
that can be done by personnel who are already part of your company.

2.- what is the meaning of communication strategy? write 5 examples

Communication strategies are a business tool that helps the company define, prepare and launch
its messages effectively, through any channel and to all types of recipients.
For a communication strategy to be effective, we must be aware that communication, both internal
and external, is a priority for the company. The communication strategy must be aligned with the
company's objectives and values, be honest and based on a good knowledge of the public the
company addresses.

 Launch strategy

First impressions are very important, and that is why every launch must be accompanied by a
communication strategy that allows us to get the most out of it.

There are two key moments in a company when this type of strategy is appropriate: when the brand
itself goes on the market for the first time and when new products and services are launched. In any
case, it is essential to plan the actions and channels in advance to achieve maximum impact at the
key moment

 Visibility strategy

Visibility is usually one of the main objectives of companies, since they seek to make the brand
known among the target audience as a prior step to purchasing.

Many times we make the mistake of reducing visibility to impressions, but in reality what we are
looking for is to create and nurture long-term relationships. Therefore, in a communication strategy
aimed at visibility it is essential to include elements such as engagement or collaboration with
influencers.

 Trust strategy

Trust has always been the foundation of sales, and this principle remains true in the online world.
It's not enough to make ourselves known, we also have to get them to trust us.
These types of communication strategies are usually based on social proof: showing that the
solution we offer has already worked for other people. To do this, we can use elements such as user
testimonials or logos of brands that have used our services.

 Positioning strategy

All brands are designed around a series of characteristics and values. But for these qualities to reach
the target audience, we need a communication strategy aimed at brand positioning.

For this type of strategy to be successful, it is essential to know who the audience we are targeting
is and what their preferred channels are. For example, we want to reach centennials, perhaps the
most appropriate thing would be a campaign with influencers on social networks.

 Expansion strategy

When we already have a visible, well-positioned brand that has earned the public's trust, the next
step is to grow it through new markets, new clients or new products and services. To deliver all
these advances, we will need a communication strategy oriented to multiple channels.

3.- what is the meaning of meeting?

In a meeting, two or more people come together to discuss one or more topics, often in a formal
setting. In an organization, the people at the meeting belong to the same body or institution,
whether public or private, they are convened by an agenda and the agreements adopted are
included in the minutes of the meeting.

4.- What are the types of project management?

Authoritarian management

It is the traditional management model, but also the most contradictory and one that is falling into
disuse in most organizations.
This is a model that has the manager as a central figure. He makes all the decisions and barely gives
a voice to the teams, although he supports employees to carry out activities in accordance with their
guidelines.

Democratic management

On the other hand, democratic management means that decision-making is based on the
contributions and participation of employees.

There is more commitment from the teams, but the manager must be a leader with good
communication skills, with the aim of avoiding friction.

Management by meritocracy

In this model, top-performing employees are the focus of management's attention. This encourages
employees to participate more actively in company processes to be recognized and contribute
directly to results.

At the same time, if the manager does not know how to lead teams, a climate of competition and
tension may arise.

Value chain

The value chain model was developed in 1985. The central idea is that the consumer needs to see
products and services as a value in order to purchase them. Therefore, with management based on
a well-applied value chain, the company could experience great growth.

The concept was created by Michael Porter, a reference in business management. In this format, all
stages of the production chain are taken into account, always thinking that each process must add
some value to the final product.

5.- What company would you like for your first job ?

please describe it.

I would like my first day of work as an environmental engineer in a large company that has a larger
tender because environmental engineers face one of the greatest professional challenges of the
new millennium: promoting the care and protection of the environment.

Obviously it is a very complicated task that requires a lot of preparation, dedication, study of
complex issues and will, largely because environmental engineers have to face the human being
himself, in our professional challenge to preserve nature.

This degree of complexity means that the field of Environmental Engineering has grown in recent
decades. It is also important that you know that these jobs are, most of the time, very well paid for
the level of difficulty involved in pursuing this professional career.
