1. You have to drive traffic to stores & improve the profitability.
2. Increase customer relationship
3. Implement marketing strategies and actions plan.
4. Be responsible for consumer knowledge , segmentation,life cycle by county /city/state.
5. Build maintain update customer database.
6. Optimize in store brand experience.
7. Define action plan for mystery shopping.

Graham: Seems like my kind of job , but why choose Hanky Group when I'm getting the same
exposure in my current organization?
HR: Absolutely I understand your part , but keeping in mind the opportunity that Hankey is providing
is way better than Reliance I can assure you. There you are playing the role of an Assistant
