COMMITMENT LETTER TO SUPPLY

We KUBERA-PETROLEUM located at: Nur-Sultan city, Yesil district,
Kabanbay Batyr avenue . With Kazakhstan Certificate of incorporation
Registration №: 16840056888 and Kazakhstan Government Tax Identification
Number: 8901023181. Hereby issue this Official Letter of Commitment to supply
the Product “Kazakhstan DIESEL EN590 10PPM in referenced to the Executed
signed contract № KBP-0089711468/10PPM, Signed between “KUBERA-
PETROLEUM ” & SIRICHOK PERMPOON CO.,LTD for CIF Delivery of
50,500 of “EN590”10PPM with subsequent Contract supply of 50,500 for a Total of
600,000 Metric tons for 12 months Delivery period.
We also hereby confirm our commitment to supply the Allocation of the product
and guaranteed standard specification in accordance with Kazakhstan Standard
EN590 10PPM for supply on CIF basis. Below is the Allocation reference for the
supply.
The Below Stated Production Allocation is valid in favor of SIRICHOK
PERMPOON CO.,LTD as agreed in the Executed signed contract.

• TRANSACTION CODE: KZ/M100-0285HK.
• PRODUCT ALLOCATION INDEX: SXI-RF-2021-48/ФПУ-2.3T/KUB.

• This Commitment Letter to Supply and the Production Allocation is Valid for the
period of One (1) year with the possibility to roll and Extensions.
• This Commitment Letter to Supply will be Valid until April 2024. • For any
