The organization plays a fondamental role in organizing public affairs for any contry .So it is
the same in Algeria ;The world is witnessing many and accelerated transformations that have made
local markets that have forced instituations to find these transfors were not limited to what is
outside the organisation ;but touched everything that exists in its environment Internal marketing.
Among the companies that have helprd to develop the Algerian economy we find : CIVITAL and
SONATRACH .

1-CIVITAL COMPLEX :
CIVITAL is a diversified family complex that has archieved success in the local market ; especailly in
the indusrial ; As the first exporter in Algeria outside the fuel sector ; it aspires to be present in the
international markrets . To create wealth and jobs in Algeria through the resettlement of industries in
Algeria.

As for the organizational structure followed by the CEVITAL complex ; it is shown in the next figure :

Sonatrach is the state-owned oil and gaz company of Algeria ;playing a significant role in the coutry is energy
sector.

2-1-THE OBJECTIVES OF SONATRACH :

Sonatrach is main objectives typically include exploratin ; production ; refining ;transportation ;and marketing
of hydracarbons .As a state-owned company it often aligns its goals with the national energy olicy ; aiming to
contribute to the economic development of Algeria through the efficient management of the country iso il and
