"Vito Don Corleone (Marlon Brando) is the leader of the Corleone family, who leads the family in
illegal activities, but he is also loved as the protector of many weak civilians.
Because of the refusal of the drug kingpin Soloso's request for a drug deal, the Corleone family
and several other mafia families in New York intensified the conflict.
On Christmas Eve, Soloso hijacked the godfather's counselor Tom and sent someone to assassinate
the godfather. Because of the betrayal of the traitor, the godfather's eldest son was killed by the
enemy, and the youngest son was also affected by the loss of his wife. Conflicts in the Mafia
family continue to intensify.

Vito Corleone in The Godfather, for which he won two Best Actor Oscars.

Corleone in Francis Coppola's The Godfather (1972), for which he received his first Academy
Award nomination, and Pacino's performance as Corleone is regarded as one of the greatest film
performances in the history of cinema.

Page 8: In the context of The Godfather, Vito's father died in a gangland vendetta because he didn't
control his emotions. So that was the first lesson Vito learned: never make naked threats. He could
have obviously said: I will put his life in danger. But instead he expresses the matter in a
euphemistic way.

Page 9: You won't even call me Godfather, which can be called one of the most iconic lines of all
time, and when someone approaches Vito on a matter, instead of showing enough respect to do so,
they just say, You're going to have to do me a favor and settle this. And instead of getting angry,
Vito says, You won't even call me godfather.
