How do you see achieving social justice in your nursing career?

In my opinion, all people must have access to affordable, high-quality healthcare in order

to achieve social justice in nursing. Unfortunately, the healthcare system has a lot of inequities.

Nursing leaders of the future are utilizing the opportunity provided by these inequalities to

advance their research to create a healthcare system that is both universally accessible and

socially just. Those who make are informed by social justice "social institutions "and the people

they work with. The healthcare industry includes social institutions like hospitals and private

clinics. Because they were created to help, medical facilities provide a valuable social

service. People lead happier, longer lives. The change in these institutions is also influenced by

individuals, including nurses, patients, community members, and politicians. Their comments

encourage the institutions to be more inclusive of all people, which includes promoting reduced

healthcare costs, creating individualized treatment programs and disclosing misbehavior.

Everybody has a right to receive high-quality medical treatment. Regrettably, there is still a

disparity in the healthcare system. From a nursing standpoint, the objective is to support each

patient in achieving their optimal level of health. Yet, many medical treatments are out of reach

due to high insurance deductibles and medical expenses. Other inequalities, like a lack of access

to wholesome food and modern technology, can hinder a patient's ability to receive successful

medical treatment.

Furthermore, the health system may support social justice by implementing a fair and

efficient recruitment process for new nurses. Reforming health system policymaking and power

acquisition is necessary, as is encouraging nurses' involvement in social determinants of health

issues and incorporating professional values into nursing curricula. The provision of superior,
safe, and affordable. Another way clinical practice environments might be helpful is by offering

reasonably priced services. (Regis College, 2021)

In conclusion, macro-level administrative elements like policy, education, and the clinical

environment significantly impact how involved the nursing profession is in promoting social

change, especially regarding individual considerations of justice. Not only that, but we nurses

must also know to provide high-quality care for everyone, and no exception. As medical

providers, we must be fair to our clients to attain the best care they need.
